You can return any Bisoo product within 100 days of receiving it.

And yes, you can return it as is. No problem if it’s unwashed, still has a bit of purée on it, or you’ve lost the box.

If it didn’t work for you, it didn’t work. That’s all.

I’ll only ask for one thing: help me improve. Tell me what made you return it.

Each product is designed with a lot of care to meet the highest possible standards at a fair price. It’s not always easy, but hardly anyone returns them, so every bit of feedback means the world to me.

It helps me share ideas with my team and keep making things better.

All returned products will be inspected and, whenever possible, we’ll restore them so they can be donated to families in need through charitable organisations.

I chose this logistics centre because it’s a non-profit social organisation that provides inclusive services for people with physical, intellectual or sensory disabilities from childhood through to adulthood.

They promote autonomy, education and quality of life, and run Special Employment Centres offering protected jobs in areas like packaging, logistics, cleaning, gardening or maintenance.

I’m proud to collaborate with them and contribute, even just a little, to the wellbeing of families facing much tougher challenges than ours.

🧾 When will I receive my refund?

As soon as we receive the returned product and check that everything’s in order, we’ll issue the refund right away.

You’ll usually see it in your account within 5 business days from the moment we get the package.
It all depends on your bank and the payment gateway.

I’ll let you know as soon as we process it.

Did your order arrive damaged?

Let us know as soon as possible. Send us a few photos of the damage and we’ll check everything and offer a quick, fair solution.
