It's possible to return your Bisoo product within 365 days.​

Please note, the returned product should be sent back in the exact same conditions as how you received it. All returned products will be checked. They should be unused and packed in the original packaging.​

For an easy we would kindly ask you to send us your ordernumber + contact information & bankdetails.

If a product is damaged when it arrives, we advise you to contact us directly. Please send us photos of the damage which we will check for you. We will contact you about a solution as soon as possible.

If you return a product, the costs are for your own account. We advise you to send the product by registered post. We keep you responsible for the return.​​
